Bring your imagination to life by creating your own video game
Participants will design unique characters and build interactive worlds as they develop either a Platformer or Role-Playing Game. Using beginner-friendly tools like Scratch or GDevelop, they will learn the fundamentals of game design, storytelling, and coding while turning their ideas into playable games.
2. YOUNG MAKERS MARKETPLACE
Design and make your own products
Participants will explore hands-on making technologies such as 3D printing, laser cutting, T-shirt printing, etc, turning their ideas into real creations they can take home.
3. SUPER HEROES & VILLAINS
Build smart devices to keep our homes safe
Participants will design and build interactive smart systems inspired by both real-world automation and imaginative scenarios — such as trap doors, smart locks, and defence systems. Through hands-on projects, they will explore how sensors, coding, and simple electronics work together to create responsive systems they can control and customise.
4. FUTURE EXPLORERS
Get ready to design, build, and test exciting engineering creations
Participants will create a remote-controlled robot (rover or boat) from scratch, learning how to shape, assemble, and bring their ideas to life. With guided use of tools such as laser cutters and hand saws, they will develop practical making skills while integrating electronics and simple coding to control movement and behaviour. Through hands-on experimentation, they will discover how mechanical design, electronics, and control systems come together in real-world inventions.
